Most South Africans have come across a "Foosball" type table at sometime in their lives. From the depths of suburban
recreation centres to corner cafés, Foosball is taking South Africa by storm.
South Africa Foosball Association
Foosball South Africa was launched in 1999 following an in-depth study of the local market. Despite the lengthy investigation
into the potential of the sport in Southern Africa, they found that many South Africans know of and enjoy the sport yet
had little or no access to it.
So they decided to change all that and established their company to promote the sport of
foosball and make it accessible to all. Their sister company, Fun & Games, was established in 2000 to manufacture a range
of top quality and stylish Hurricane branded tables.
